We offer domestic shipping within Canada only. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
The shipping costs for your order are calculated by weight, and will be displayed at checkout along with estimated delivery dates through Canada Post.
We are pleased to offer free shipping Canada-wide on orders $50 and over.
Online Orders for Shipping
After placing your order online, you will receive an email notification to confirm that we have received your order.
Orders are processed for shipping within 1-2 business (excluding weekends & holidays).
You will receive a second email notification when your order has been shipped, which will include a Canada Post tracking number so you can track your package.
Please note that order processing times are separate from the estimated delivery dates you see at checkout.
Shipping delays due to COVID-19 or postal service disruptions are outside of our control.
Online Orders for Local Pickup
If you live nearby, we welcome you to save on shipping with free local pickup at either of our two retail locations in Toronto.
When placing your order online, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred pickup location at checkout.
After placing your order online, you will receive an email notification to confirm that we have received your pickup order.
Orders are processed for pickup within 1-2 days. You will receive a phone call from your preferred store location when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup hours at both retail locations are Monday-Saturday: 11am -7pm & Sunday: 12pm-5pm.
